What does the TechBot do ?
The TechBot is a chatbot that´s designed for Technical Support. Use it to submit an issue that you´re having with your Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone to get the help you need.
Why would I need to use it ?
Sometimes when problems occur, it´s something simple that you can fix yourself. But if it becomes more complex, that´s when you might need to put in a service call.
How do I use the Techbot ?
To get started, just say: "Hello". It will ask you what kind of device you´re using, so if it´s a Laptop or Tablet, answer: "I have a sony" or "I have an apple". If it´s a Smartphone, "I have an iphone" or I have a "samsung".
How do I submit a request for help ?
After you give the type or name of your device, then the TechBot will ask a few questions about your device. They are yes or no questions that will give us an idea of what´s wrong and how to fix it. Finally it will ask if you want to submit a request, and ask for a contact email address, City, State, and Country.
Once your done, the TechBot will notify that a service request has been submitted, and that someone will contact you with a Solution.
